Who else likes overnight oats? They’re GREAT!!!
I am a firm believer that breakfast is not to be missed. I usually eat a couple of eggs 🍳 because it’s quick and easy but I wanted something different.
Different requires prep 😂.
The great thing about Overnight Oats is that it’s easy. Plus oatmeal is nutritious, full of fiber, and very filling. Healthy and delicious means it’s a win-win all the way around!
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup almond milk mixed with essential oils (drops listed below)
- 1/4 cup chopped apples
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 handful almonds, roughly chopped
Essential oils used: 1 drop cinnamon, 1 toothpick drop clove, 1 toothpick drop nutmeg
